How do I contact Arizu Studio?
Send the form on the Contact page, write us an email or message us on WhatsApp. The email address and the WhatsApp number are on that page and at the bottom of every page.
Tell us what you need, by when, and whether you have a budget in mind. Asking costs nothing.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours on working days. We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). A message sent outside those hours is answered on the next working day.
Where is the studio?
In Grand Depok City, Depok, West Java 16412, Indonesia. Most projects run remotely over email, WhatsApp or video call, so you do not need to be nearby.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. We work with clients abroad remotely, in English or Indonesian, over email, WhatsApp or video call.

What does Arizu Studio do?
Arizu Studio is an IT studio in Depok, West Java, working since 2019. One team plans and builds:
- websites;
- Android and web apps;
- graphic design;
- SEO;
- social media content;
- video editing.

What kinds of websites do you build?
Company profiles and landing pages, online stores, property websites, news portals and 360 virtual tours, as well as custom web applications and WordPress builds. Every site is mobile-friendly and has SEO-ready markup.
Do you build Android and web apps?
Yes. We build Android apps, web apps and dashboards around one specific workflow, such as stock, bookings or reporting, so your team can stop juggling spreadsheets. Typical projects are inventory and warehouse systems, booking platforms and data dashboards.
What does the SEO service include?
White-hat SEO with a report every month:
- keyword research and strategy;
- on-page optimization;
- technical audits and fixes;
- link building and off-page SEO;
- Google Business Profile setup;
- monthly performance reports.
Content can also be placed on our own sites, the Arizu blog and kotagames.my.id.
Can you also handle design, social media content and video?
Yes.
- Graphic design: logos and brand identity, social media graphics and templates, brochures, banners and print, packaging and pitch decks.
- Content: content plans, copywriting and captions for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and your blog, with a content calendar.
- Video editing: company profile videos, reels and TikTok, ads and YouTube, with motion graphics, color grading and sound design.
Do you handle both design and development?
Yes. The same team handles the design, the front end and the back end, so nothing gets lost between the mockup and the code, and you only brief one studio.
Projects, prices and timelines
From the first message to the quotation, the work and the payment.
How does a project start?
- Tell us what you need on the Contact page, by email or on WhatsApp.
- We ask what we need to know and send a quotation with the scope, the price, the payment terms and the timeline.
- Work starts after you accept the quotation and pay the deposit it asks for, if any.
How much does a website or app cost?
Every project gets its own quotation, because the price depends on what the site or app has to do. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah unless the quotation says otherwise. Mentioning your budget when you write helps us propose the right scope.
Third-party items such as domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, fonts and stock images are priced separately, under their own terms.
How long does a project take?
A typical company profile website takes one to two weeks. Web apps with more features usually take four to eight weeks, depending on what they need to do. Your quotation states the timeline for your project.
What do you need from me during the project?
The content, access and approvals the project needs, on time. For a website that usually means your logo, texts and photos, access to your domain or hosting, and feedback on each draft. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
How do I pay for a project?
We send each quote and invoice by email with a private link. On the invoice page you pay by virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet or retail outlet through Arizu Pay. Invoices are due by the date on the invoice, and work can pause while an invoice is overdue.

Who owns the website or app when it is finished?
When the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made only for you. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, tools and code libraries.
Third-party items in the project, such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images, stay under their own licences. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
After launch
Support once your site or app is live.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Maintenance packages keep your website updated, backed up and running long after the handover. Ask about one when you request your quotation.
What happens if I cancel a project?
Your quotation or agreement sets the cancellation and refund terms. Where it says nothing, the refund rules for studio work apply.
