This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back from Arizu Studio. How a refund works depends on where you paid.
1. Products bought on Envato (CodeCanyon)
Envato processes the payment, so refunds follow the Envato Customer Refund Policy. In short, Envato may refund an item that does not work as described, has a security problem, or is not supported as promised, and does not refund an item only because you changed your mind or no longer need it.
Before you ask Envato for a refund, please contact us through the item's support page or at arizu.team@gmail.com with your purchase code. Most problems are installation or configuration issues we can fix quickly.
2. Products bought on lynk.id
lynk.id processes the payment and its own terms apply. If a product you bought there does not work as described and we cannot fix it, write to arizu.team@gmail.com with your order details within 14 days of purchase. We will either fix the problem or ask lynk.id to refund you, or refund you ourselves where lynk.id cannot.
3. Digital products in general
Because a digital product can be downloaded and kept, we do not refund a working product after it has been downloaded, unless the marketplace rules, the product page or the law say otherwise. A product that does not work as described and that we cannot fix is always eligible for a refund.
4. Custom studio work
Websites, apps, design, SEO, content and video work follow the payment and refund terms in your quotation or agreement. Where the quotation says nothing about refunds:
- if you cancel before we start the work, we refund your deposit in full;
- if you cancel after we start, we refund the part of the payment that covers work not yet done, minus third-party costs we already paid for your project, such as domains, hosting, licences or stock media;
- work that you approved, and third-party costs, are not refundable.
5. In-app purchases
If one of our Android apps offers in-app purchases, refunds are handled by the app store you paid through, under its refund policy.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds through a marketplace or app store are paid by that platform to your original payment method. Refunds we pay ourselves are sent by bank transfer within 14 days after we approve them.
