These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Arief Zufar Hilmi ("Arizu Studio", "we", "us", "our"), Grand Depok City, Depok, Jawa Barat 16412, Indonesia. They apply when you use the website https://arizu.id, its blog and free tools, buy our software products, use our Android apps, or hire us for studio work (together, the "Services").
Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer, which form part of these Terms.
1. Accepting these Terms
By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use them for a company, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Under UU ITE, agreeing electronically is as valid and binding as signing on paper.
2. The Services
- The website and blog: information about our studio, our work, our products and articles on technology and marketing.
- Free tools: online utilities at /tools that you can use without an account.
- Software products: scripts, plugins, apps and games we sell through marketplaces such as Envato (CodeCanyon) and lynk.id.
- Android apps: apps we publish on Google Play, the Amazon Appstore and HUAWEI AppGallery.
- Studio services: websites, apps, design, SEO, content and video work we do for clients under a quotation or agreement.
We may change, suspend or stop any free part of the Services at any time. Paid work and purchased licences are covered by sections 5 and 6.
3. Using the website and free tools
- You may use the free tools for personal and commercial purposes, within the limits in the Acceptable Use Policy.
- You are responsible for the files, links and text you give a tool, and for having the right to use them.
- The tools are provided as they are. Check every result before you rely on it, especially generated documents, detections and estimates.
- We may limit how often a tool can be used, block automated access and refuse requests that look abusive.
4. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, images, code and the Arizu Studio name and logo belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, share links to and quote short parts of our articles with a link back. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name and logo to suggest a partnership, without our written permission.
Files and text you give the tools, and any result a tool produces from them, stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to process them and return the result.
5. Software products
- Products bought on a marketplace are licensed, not sold. The licence you bought on that marketplace, for example the Envato Regular or Extended Licence, decides how you may use the product.
- Support, updates and refunds follow the product page and the marketplace's rules. See the Refund Policy.
- You may not resell, redistribute or share a product, or remove its licence checks, unless your licence allows it.
- Some products connect to third-party platforms, such as TikTok or Google Maps. You must follow those platforms' terms when you use our products with them.
6. Studio services
- Each project is described in a quotation or agreement that sets the scope, price, payment terms and timeline. Where it differs from these Terms, the quotation or agreement wins.
- Work starts after you accept the quotation and pay any deposit it asks for.
- You give us the content, access and approvals the project needs on time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
- When the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made only for you. We keep the right to reuse our general know-how, tools and code libraries, and to show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
- Third-party items in a project, such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, domains and hosting, stay under their own licences and prices.
7. Payments
Prices for studio work are in the quotation, in Indonesian Rupiah unless it says otherwise. Invoices are due by the date on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue invoices. Marketplace purchases are paid to the marketplace under its own terms.
8. Android apps
Our apps are licensed to you for personal use through the app store you downloaded them from, under that store's terms. Apps may show ads. In-app content and features can change with updates.
9. Third-party links and ads
The Services contain links to other websites, ads and some affiliate links. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices. If you buy through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Except where a written agreement or the law says otherwise, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. The Disclaimer explains the limits of our articles and tool results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services. For paid work and products, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work or product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs that arise because you broke these Terms, misused the Services, or infringed someone else's rights through the files and content you gave us.
13. Suspension and termination
We may block your access to the free Services if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Either side may end a studio project as the quotation or agreement allows. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, liability and governing law, continue after termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version is published on this page with a new version number and effective date. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the new version. Changes do not affect quotations you already accepted.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute with you in good faith by talking. If that fails within 30 days, the dispute goes to the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) of Depok, unless the law gives you the right to use another court.
