What data do you collect about me?
What we need for what you asked: for example your name, email and message when you write to us, the details on a quote or invoice, or the order details of a payment. The site also uses analytics and ad services.
The Privacy Policy lists everything, with the services we use and how long we keep each kind of data.
Do you sell my data?
No. We share it only with the services that run the site and payments for us, with the seller you pay through Arizu Pay, and where the law requires it.
How is my data protected?
The site uses HTTPS. In our database, email addresses, IP addresses and other personal details are encrypted, and passwords and tokens are kept only as one-way hashes. Admin accounts use two-step sign-in.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Email the privacy address on the Data Deletion page with the subject "Data deletion request", the email address or phone number you used with us, and what the request is about. We confirm within 3 working days and delete the data within 30 days.
Records the law makes us keep, such as invoices, stay for as long as tax law requires.
How do I stop your emails?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any product update or promotional email. Emails about payments, invoices and security are always sent, because you need them.
How do I change my cookie choices?
Change your choice in the cookie banner, or clear the cookies in your browser. The Cookie Policy lists the cookies we use.
