Payments and invoices
Paying an Arizu Studio invoice or an order through Arizu Pay, our payment page at arizu.id/pay.
Paying with Arizu Pay
Methods, fees, time limits and what to do when a payment gets stuck.
What is Arizu Pay?
Arizu Pay is our payment page at arizu.id/pay. It takes payments for Arizu Studio invoices and for the apps we run. The payment itself is processed by our payment provider, named at the bottom of the payment page, together with the bank, e-wallet or outlet you choose.
Which payment methods can I use?
Bank virtual accounts, QRIS, e-wallets and retail outlets such as Alfamart and Indomaret. The payment page shows only the methods available for that payment, and some methods have a minimum amount.
Is there a payment fee?
Some methods add a payment fee. The page shows it in the total before you confirm, so check the amount before you pay.
How long do I have to pay?
The payment page shows a Pay before time. The limit depends on the method, and a virtual account usually stays open longer than a QRIS code. When the time runs out, ask the seller for a new payment link, and do not pay the expired number.
I paid, but the page still says waiting. What now?
The page updates on its own once the payment provider confirms the payment. Do not pay a second time.
If it still says waiting, contact the seller, or us for an Arizu Studio invoice, with the payment ID (it starts with pay_) and your transfer receipt.
How do I find my payment again?
Open Find a payment and enter the payment ID, or paste the whole payment link. The ID starts with pay_ and is on the payment page under Payment and in the seller's order details. A payment that still waits for you opens the payment page.
Is it safe to pay through Arizu Pay?
The page runs over HTTPS, and the payment is processed by our payment provider and your bank or e-wallet. We never see or store your card number or banking password. To protect you from fraud, the page records some technical details about your browser, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Will I get a receipt?
The payment page shows when your payment arrives, and some apps also email a receipt. For an Arizu Studio invoice, the invoice page shows Paid, and you can keep or print that page as your receipt.
Invoices and quotes
Quotes and invoices Arizu Studio sends you by email.
How do I pay an Arizu Studio invoice?
Open the link in the invoice email. The invoice page shows the items, the total and the due date. Press Pay this invoice to choose a method in Arizu Pay. You can also print the page, or save it as a PDF from your browser.
How do I accept a quote?
Open the link in the quote email, type your name and accept the quote. The invoice follows by email. If something should change, choose Decline or ask for changes and tell us what.
A quote is valid until the date on it. After that, ask us for a new one.
Why did I get a payment reminder?
We send a reminder when an invoice is past its due date and still unpaid. If you already paid, reply with the payment details and we will check it.
Is my invoice link private?
The link is long and hard to guess, and search engines do not index the page. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people who need it, such as your finance team.
